Custom Stress Balls & Novelties

Stress balls by industry

Polyurethane foam stress balls come in shapes that fit specific audiences:

• Healthcare: kidney, lungs, red blood drop, water drop
• Construction and trades: hammer, bulldozer, brick, building block, 55 gallon drum, tire
• Public safety: fire truck, police car, ambulance, fire hydrant, motorcycle
• Animals and pets: horse, zebra, cow, owl, penguin, alligator, bumble bee, pet paw
• Holidays and themes: Santa, snowman, pumpkin, stars and stripes, digital camo

There are also round, star, cloud, light bulb, puzzle piece, dice and smiley face shapes for general business use.

Lead time and imprint on shaped foam

Standard round and sport shapes usually ship faster. Many specialty shapes show “please inquire” for production time, so confirm the date before building an event around them. Small and irregular shapes also have a small imprint area, which means a short name or simple logo works better than a full address.

Beach balls

Inflatable vinyl beach balls come in 6, 10 and 16 inch sizes, with multicolor, two-tone, patriotic, world globe and sport ball designs. Size is measured as half the circumference when inflated, so a 16 inch ball is smaller across than the number suggests.

Classic novelties

Nutty Putty in egg shells, a round spring toy, a folding flyer with case, a piggy bank and a cowbell complete the category. Sport shaped stress balls are also listed in sports and recreation.
