How to choose
Start with the budget per piece, not the total
A trade show where a thousand people walk past your booth and a client gift list of twenty people are two different problems. For volume handouts, look at non-woven totes, foam stress balls, pens and can sleeves. For a gift that stays on a desk or in a car, look at insulated tumblers, fleece blankets, BBQ sets and tool kits. Our quantity price breaks are on every product page, so you can see where the per piece price drops before you commit.
Match the decoration to your logo
Screen printing is the best value for one or two solid colors and works on bags, umbrellas and plastic drinkware. A full color transfer handles gradients and photographic logos. Embroidery is stitched thread for caps, beanies and blankets, and it lasts through washing, but very fine lines and small text do not reproduce well. Laser engraving on metal keychains and stainless tumblers gives a permanent single tone mark, so a logo that depends on color needs a different item.
Check the calendar before you pick the product
Most items in the catalog produce in three to seven working days after you approve the mockup, and shipping time comes on top of that. Specialty shaped stress balls and a few seasonal items take longer or are quoted per order. If your event date is tight, tell us up front and we will point you at what can realistically make it.
How ordering works
- Pick your item and quantity. Pricing per piece is shown for each quantity break on the product page.
- Order online or ask first. Use Request a Quote for more colors, a different imprint location or a quantity outside the table, or Request a Mockup to see your logo on the item before you buy.
- Send your art. After checkout you get a confirmation email. Reply to it with your logo file attached and any special instructions.
- Approve the free mockup. We send a proof and nothing goes into production until you sign off.
- Production and delivery. On checkout you can use our shipping or your own UPS or FedEx account number, and our rep will confirm the delivery plan with you.
